After finding a water leak after hours in my business premises we called on J M Plumbing & Heating to rectify our problem. Although it was 8pm Jay arrived on site within the hour as he said he would and was very prompt in fixing the leak, we have never found a plumber who is as polite, clean and professional as this man and will always call upon his services when we need them again. I engaged JM Plumbing and Heating to completely renew my central heating system, and install a new combi boiler. This was a difficult installation due to the age of the property and age of the existing heating system.
Mr Malpas carried out this work in a very curteous and cheerful manner, and was always prepared to answer questions, and accommodate lots of additional changes to the plan when obstacles beneath the floor boards were discovered which affected the direction of the heating pipes. He always cleared up after each aspect of the job, and always left the property clean and tidy at the end of each days work. It was a pleasure having him in our home, and we will miss his cheerful demeanor.
